Primary product mark. Half-lidded, straight-mouthed, deadpan, never cute or aggressive. Holds up from a hero down to a 16px favicon.

Ratified consensus artifact

Wax appears only where a decision has been sealed: the accepted-ADR seal and ratification marks. It always carries the seal form plus a label. Proposed, rejected, and open states never get wax.

Primate-Machine Council

The campaign and homepage layer. Humans and agents at one bench, co-equal. Used in marketing surfaces, not inside the workspace.

Clay and wax materials

Two materials, never interchangeable. Clay is matte terracotta for daily focus. Wax is deep oxblood for ratified consensus. Distinguished by role and form, never color alone.
